Have you ever noticed that the healthiest foods at a typical grocery store are all around the outside perimeter of the store?
The vegetables, fruits, dairy, meats and seafood’s are around the outside. The center aisle foods are filled with more chemicals for extended shelf life. Even organic sections are usually on the edge (unless the entire market is dedicated to organic foods like Whole Foods Market) near the dairy or vegetables.
Try to make those perimeter foods the priority for your cart for a move toward a clean eating diet.
